The agreement
These terms are an agreement between Regna Operations (business ID 3302367-1) ("Rectask", "we") and the business that opens a Rectask account ("you"). By creating an account or using Rectask you accept them. If you accept on behalf of a business, you confirm you can bind it. Rectask is for businesses: it is not sold to consumers.
What Rectask does
Rectask reads new job ads in the industries and regions you choose, filters out ads posted by agencies, and shows the people at the hiring company most likely to own each hire. You can look up their work email or mobile with enrichment credits, track your outreach, and mark people as do not contact.
The information is collected by our own systems from public job ads and other public sources. We work to keep it accurate and check emails before you can look them up, but people change jobs and ads change, so we cannot promise every detail is correct or complete.
Your account
- Give accurate details and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens in your workspace.
- Your workspace is for your agency's own use. Keep the login within your team.
- The demo workspace shows sample data so you can try Rectask. It includes 10 credits that only work on the sample.
Plans, credits and billing
- Prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes, which are added where the law requires. Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled.
- Each plan includes a monthly allowance of enrichment credits. Looking up a work email costs 1 credit and a mobile costs 5. You are only charged when a detail is found, and never twice for the same person in the same workspace. Details printed in the job ad are free.
- Unused plan credits roll over for one month, up to one month's allowance. Credit packs you buy separately do not expire while your account is open.
- Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or refunded, except where the law requires.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. A change applies from your next renewal.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and is not refunded for the unused part of that period, except where the law requires. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act that cannot be excluded.
How you may use the information
The people in Rectask did not sign up to it, so the rules on using their information are strict. You agree to:
- Contact people only about work: candidates for roles they are hiring for, or your recruitment services.
- Follow the laws that apply to your outreach, including the Spam Act 2003 and the Do Not Call Register Act 2006 in Australia, the Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007 in New Zealand, and the privacy laws of both countries.
- Include a way to opt out in every marketing email, honour every opt-out promptly, and mark the person as do not contact in Rectask.
- Stop contacting anyone we tell you has asked to be removed.
- Not resell, publish or share the information, not use it to build or enrich a contact database for anyone else, and not export it in bulk.
- Not scrape, copy or reverse engineer Rectask, test its security without our written permission, or use it to harass anyone.
Information you looked up and saved into your own systems while subscribed may stay there after you leave, as long as you keep following these rules for it.
Your data
Your notes, statuses and settings belong to you. We use them only to run Rectask for you, as described in the privacy policy. You can ask for a copy at any time, and we delete your workspace within 90 days of the account closing.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep Rectask running and new ads flowing every 30 minutes during business hours, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change or improve features. If we remove something central to the plan you pay for, we will tell you in advance and you may cancel and receive a pro rata refund for the remaining paid period.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, especially the rules on how the information may be used, or that puts other people or Rectask at risk. Where we can, we warn you first and give you a chance to fix it. If we close your account without cause, we refund the unused part of your paid period.
Liability
Rectask is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost placements, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. You are responsible for how you use the information, and you agree to cover our costs if a claim against us arises from your breach of the rules on using it.
General
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we tell you by email at least 30 days before it applies; continuing to use Rectask after that means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of Finland, and disputes are settled in the Helsinki District Court. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
